This product is perfect for upstairs windows where cleaning maybe a problem. Turn the handle once and its top opens slightly inwards to let air in and venterlate the room. Turn it again and it opens fully inward from the side to make the outside surface easy to reach and clean. The opening also acts as a fire escape.
