BuyWindowsOnline.co.uk undertake to:
- Repair or replace faulty Upvc material, free off charges should any fault appear due to defective materials or workmanship on installations for a period of 10 years.
- Glass sealed units carry the manufactures Guarantee of one year against condensation appearing inside the unit.
- All Hardware carries the manufactures Guarantee of one year.
The warranty does not extend to;
- Minor imperfections within the glass, nor the incidence of condensation (except within the sealed unit).
- Damage or fault due to accident, misuse or neglect by the purchaser.
- Premature failure of materials due to the purchaser failing to carry out product maintenance.
- The removal and/or repositioning of part or whole of the installation.
